3/8" NPT 90 Degree Adapter (Full Flow, Oil Pumps, Etc)

This brass 90 degree adapter is an essential fitting for aircooled VW oil systems where space is limited and straight fittings are not practical. Designed with a 3/8″ NPT male thread on one side and a 3/8″ NPT female thread on the other, it allows you to redirect oil lines cleanly and safely around engine components.

Commonly used in full flow oil systems, this adapter screws directly into a 3/8″ NPT tapped port such as a modified crankcase, oil filter head, oil pump cover or external thermostat. The female end then accepts a 3/8″ NPT hose barb or AN adapter, allowing you to connect your oil lines at a 90° angle without kinking or stressing the hose.

This is particularly important on performance or modified engines where oil lines must be routed around exhausts, fan shrouds or bodywork. By maintaining smooth oil flow and eliminating tight bends, this fitting helps preserve oil pressure and improves long-term reliability.

Manufactured from durable brass, this adapter offers excellent resistance to corrosion, heat and vibration, making it ideal for both road and performance applications.
