We use technology to track the visitors progress through our site and to process orders. This can include using “cookies” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information stored in this way cannot be used to identify you personally and is deleted on closing your browser.
Information that we receive about you, obtained from on-line orders and catalogue requests is not passed outside Cool Air unless strictly necessary to deliver your order (see “Outside Agents” below). Our chief concern is to respect your personal details and privacy.
We use carrier companies such as FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail to deliver your order. Your name and address only are held on the carrier¹s computers in order that delivery may occur. Only when formally requested to do so would we release information about you, for example during the course of a Police or Customs investigation.
