Crankcase Hardware Kit - Type 1 Engines

Complete crankcase hardware kit containing many of the commonly replaced studs, plugs and oil pressure relief components required when rebuilding a Volkswagen Type 1 aircooled engine. Ideal for engine restorations, new crankcase builds or replacing damaged, corroded or missing hardware during assembly.

Over years of servicing, engine studs and fittings often become damaged, stripped or corroded. This kit provides the essential hardware required to rebuild the crankcase correctly, helping to ensure reliable sealing, proper component mounting and correct oil pressure regulation.

Also included are new oil pressure relief pistons and springs, along with a Type 3 dipstick block-off plate for use with universal replacement crankcases where the Type 3 oil filler location is not required.
