200mm Flywheel Kit - Type 1 Engines - 12 Volt

This hardened steel washer sits behind the gland nut on the crankshaft, distributing the tightening load evenly across the flywheel surface to prevent distortion and ensure long-term reliability of the crankshaft and flywheel joint. Whether you’re building a stock engine or refreshing an older motor, replacing this washer is essential for proper torque retention and drivetrain safety.

Compatible with a wide range of classic Volkswagens—including Beetles, Buses, Karmann Ghias, Type 3s, Trekker, and Buggy/Baja conversions—this washer is a small but critical part of any engine rebuild or clutch replacement.
