Bugpack 4 Into 1 Exhaust Header - Black

Bugpack 4 into 1 performance exhaust header for Volkswagen Type 1 aircooled engines. Designed to improve exhaust gas flow and engine efficiency compared to the restrictive original exhaust system, making it an excellent upgrade for both standard and mildly tuned engines.

Manufactured from steel with 1⅜” (35mm) primary tubing, this header merges all four cylinders into a single collector, improving scavenging and helping the engine breathe more efficiently. This can result in improved throttle response, increased power and better overall engine performance.

This version features the small 3-bolt muffler flange with the flange positioned at approximately the 1 o`clock position. It is important to check your existing system before ordering, as some headers use a centred flange positioned at the 12 o`clock position and are not directly interchangeable.

Finished in a protective black transport coating which acts as a rust inhibitor during storage. For maximum durability, Bugpack recommends removing the coating and refinishing the header with a quality high-temperature exhaust paint before use.
