Premium quality EMPI steel clad exhaust gasket set designed for use with standard and performance aircooled Volkswagen exhaust systems using a 2-bolt flange connection. These gaskets feature a durable steel clad construction which offers superior heat resistance, sealing performance, and longevity compared to conventional fibre gaskets.
Designed to seal the connection between the exhaust header, heater boxes, J-tubes, or silencers, these gaskets help prevent exhaust leaks which can reduce engine performance and create excessive noise.
Suitable for exhaust systems with an internal diameter up to 38mm, making them ideal for many standard and upgraded performance exhaust systems fitted to Type 1 based engines.
Supplied as a set of 4 gaskets for one complete engine installation.
