Premium twin Weber 40 IDF carburettor kit for Type 1 1300cc and larger twin port aircooled engines, upgraded with the high-quality CSP bellcrank swivel linkage system for superior throttle precision and smooth operation.

The Weber 40 IDF carburettors are supplied with 28mm venturis, making them ideal for road engines where drivability, torque and fuel efficiency are just as important as performance. On 1600cc and 1776cc engines, this setup delivers excellent throttle response, improved airflow and stronger mid-range torque compared to a single carburettor system.

The standout feature of this kit is the CSP bellcrank swivel linkage. Unlike traditional hex bar systems, this design uses a centrally mounted bellcrank with swivel joints to deliver smooth, progressive throttle movement. This reduces binding, eliminates cross-bar flex and ensures both carburettors open evenly, improving idle stability and overall engine balance. The result is a more refined driving experience and easier long-term adjustment.

For flexibility, a standard EMPI sheet metal linkage kit is also included, but is not required for installation.

How It Works
