Universal rubber anti-vibration mounting bobbin designed to reduce vibration transfer when mounting external oil coolers, electric fuel pumps, and other auxiliary components to the chassis or bodywork of aircooled and watercooled Volkswagen vehicles.
Manufactured from durable rubber with bonded metal mounting studs, these mounts help isolate vibration and noise from sensitive components, reducing stress, resonance, and fatigue damage caused by engine vibration and road movement. Commonly used when fitting external oil cooler systems, electric fuel pumps, swirl pots, fuel pressure regulators, or custom accessories.
Each mount features an M6 threaded stud on both sides of the rubber mounting body, allowing easy installation to brackets, chassis rails, body panels, or fabricated mounting plates.
These mounts are especially beneficial for performance and off-road vehicles where vibration can shorten the lifespan of pumps, coolers, and mounted components. They also help reduce transmitted operating noise inside the vehicle.
Suitable for universal use across aircooled VW Beetles, Buses, Buggies, T25s, Golfs, and custom applications.
