Silver JayCee Spring Loaded Pushrod Tube Set

Premium JayCee spring loaded pushrod tube set for Type 1 based aircooled VW engines. Widely regarded as the original and best telescopic pushrod tube design, these high quality aluminium tubes are engineered to provide superior sealing, improved clearance for performance valve train components, and easier engine servicing.

Manufactured from lightweight aluminium with a silver anodised finish, these leak-proof pushrod tubes feature a larger internal diameter than standard tubes, allowing additional clearance for high lift camshafts, ratio rockers, chromoly pushrods, and performance valve train setups. This makes them ideal for upgraded street engines, performance builds, off-road engines, and race applications.

Unlike standard pushrod tubes, the JayCee spring loaded design allows installation and removal without removing the cylinder heads. This greatly simplifies engine maintenance and pushrod tube replacement with the engine still assembled.

Each tube uses an external spring system to maintain constant sealing pressure against the cylinder head and crankcase, helping prevent oil leaks even under high temperature and high RPM conditions. Supplied complete with seals for installation.

Suitable for all Type 1 based aircooled engines including Beetle, Bus, Karmann Ghia, Type 3 upright conversions, Trekker, Baja, and Buggy applications.
