Bolt On EMPI Rocker Cover Gasket - Type 1 Engines, Waterboxer Engines

Replacement rubber rocker cover gasket designed for use with CB Performance ‘C’ shaped rocker covers and EMPI aluminium rocker covers on Type 1 aircooled Volkswagen engines. Manufactured from durable heat and oil-resistant rubber, these gaskets provide a reliable seal between the rocker cover and cylinder head to help prevent oil leaks.

Unlike traditional cork gaskets which can compress, split, or absorb oil over time, these rubber gaskets are designed for long service life and repeated removal during valve adjustment maintenance. Their flexible construction helps maintain an even seal while resisting warping and shrinkage caused by engine heat cycles.
