T5,T6 Front Brake Disc (340mm Vented) - 2010-20

This front internally vented brake disc is a high-quality replacement for Volkswagen T5 and T6 models fitted with PR Code 2E4, covering vehicles produced from 2010 onwards (Chassis number WV1ZZZ7HZA200001).

With a large 340mm outer diameter and 32.5mm thickness, this disc is designed for higher-spec braking systems fitted to heavier and more powerful Transporter, Multivan, California, and Classic models. The internally vented design allows efficient heat dissipation, helping to maintain braking performance under load, during towing, or repeated heavy braking.

The disc is supplied with a protective anti-corrosion coating, reducing surface rust during storage and initial installation. Once fitted, the braking surface beds in quickly with new pads to deliver strong, consistent braking feel.

This disc fits both left-hand (passenger side) and right-hand (driver’s side) positions on RHD vehicles. Although sold individually, we always recommend replacing front brake discs in pairs to ensure balanced braking and even pad wear.

How it works

When braking, the caliper clamps the brake pads against the rotating disc to slow the vehicle. The internal ventilation channels draw cooling air through the disc as it spins, helping control temperatures and reduce brake fade—particularly important on larger T5 and T6 models.

Fitting & related parts

For best results, we recommend fitting this disc together with:

• New front brake pads

• Cleaned or renewed caliper guide pins

• Correctly torqued wheel bolts

Always confirm PR Code 2E4 before ordering, as multiple brake sizes were used across the T5 and T6 range.
