This replacement gear shift lever is designed for early VW T3 and T25 models fitted with 4-speed manual gearboxes. Manufactured to OE dimensions, the lever forms the main connection between the driver and the gearbox linkage system, allowing accurate gear selection and smooth shifting operation.

Over time, original gear levers can become worn, bent or damaged, leading to excessive play, vague gear changes or poor shift quality. Replacing worn components helps restore a tighter, more precise gearshift feel and improves overall driving comfort.
