Hazard Warning Light Switch - All Aircooled Models (Not Type 25)

High quality 8 terminal hazard warning light switch designed as a direct replacement for worn or faulty original units. This switch is responsible for activating the hazard warning system, allowing all indicators to flash simultaneously to warn other road users of a breakdown or emergency.

Mounted within the dashboard, the switch works by interrupting and redirecting power through the flasher relay and indicator circuits. When activated, it links both left and right indicator circuits together, causing all four indicators to flash in unison. It also incorporates an illuminated warning button, providing a visual indication that the hazard system is active.

Over time, original switches can suffer from internal wear, poor electrical contact, or complete failure, leading to non-functioning hazard lights or intermittent operation. In some cases, faults are often mistaken for relay issues, but a worn switch is a common cause.
