Replace your worn or faulty wiper control with this 5-pin column-mounted wiper switch, designed to fit select VW Beetle, Karmann Ghia, and Type 3 models from 1972 to 1975. This reproduction switch is a direct-fit replacement for vehicles originally equipped with a 5-wire wiper switch, commonly found on standard and early 1303 Beetles—excluding 1200cc models from 1972 to 1974, which used a different configuration.
The switch mounts to the steering column and connects via the original 5-pin wiring setup. It supports standard two-speed wiper functions and intermittent settings depending on your vehicle`s wiring and relay configuration.
