Pulley Adjustment Shim for VW Dynamo and Alternator Pulleys
Keep your Volkswagen`s fan belt properly tensioned with our standard reproduction Pulley Adjustment Shim. Designed for use on all dynamo and alternator pulleys, this shim allows you to easily adjust the tension on your fan belt by simply moving the shims from between the two pulley halves to the outside, between the pulley and the pulley nut.

Fitment and Adjustment:
- Fitment: The shims are placed between the two halves of the pulley. To adjust the tension of the fan belt, simply remove shims from the middle of the pulley and place them on the outside between the pulley and the pulley nut.
- Adjustment: The more shims you remove from the middle of the pulley, the tighter the fan belt will become. Proper tension is crucial for the efficient operation of your vehicle`s charging system.
- Quantity: 10 shims should be used in total for proper adjustment.
