G7 Turbo - 2013-20 - 2.0 TSI (GTi)

Replacement exhaust turbocharger for Volkswagen 2.0 TSI petrol engines fitted to Golf VII GTI, Passat B8, Sharan II, Tiguan AD1 and Tiguan Allspace models. Supplied complete with gasket and seal kit, this turbocharger is designed to restore factory boost pressure, throttle response and engine performance on EA888 Gen 3 engines.

The turbocharger uses exhaust gas energy to spin a turbine wheel which compresses incoming air before it enters the engine. This allows the 2.0 TSI engine to produce strong power and torque while maintaining efficiency and smooth drivability.

Over time, turbochargers can fail due to bearing wear, oil contamination, wastegate faults or boost control issues. Common symptoms include loss of power, excessive smoke, boost pressure faults, rattling wastegate noises, limp mode and engine warning lights.

Function:
