G2 Fuel Injection Nozzle - 1.6 TD (RA,SB Engine Codes)

Replacement diesel injection nozzle for Volkswagen 1.6 turbo diesel engines fitted with RA and SB engine codes. Designed to deliver precise fuel atomisation into the combustion chamber, this injector nozzle helps maintain efficient combustion, smooth engine running and correct diesel engine performance.

The injection nozzle is a critical component of the diesel fuel system. It operates under high pressure from the injection pump and sprays fuel into the cylinder in a fine mist pattern for efficient combustion. Over time injector nozzles can wear, carbon up or lose spray accuracy, resulting in poor fuel economy, hard starting, rough idle, excessive smoke or reduced engine performance.
