Upgrade the cooling performance of your VW T3/T25 with this heavy duty 42mm core radiator, designed as a direct replacement for the original factory radiator. Built using an aluminium core with durable plastic end tanks, this upgraded radiator offers increased cooling efficiency for engines that are known to run hotter under load or during extended driving.

Featuring a thicker 42mm core compared to the original 34mm design, this radiator provides improved heat dissipation without requiring modifications during installation. It is an ideal upgrade for camper vans, heavily loaded vans, towing vehicles or higher output engine conversions where improved cooling performance is beneficial.

The radiator works by circulating coolant through the aluminium core where heat is transferred away from the engine and dispersed through airflow at the front of the vehicle. A larger core capacity increases the cooling surface area, helping maintain more stable engine temperatures and improving overall cooling system efficiency.

This radiator is designed for manual transmission vehicles without factory air conditioning.

Tech Tip:
Check your coolant return hose part number 068121101H when replacing the radiator. The improved hose design includes an internal venturi in the return line to the expansion tank, helping remove trapped air bubbles more effectively and improving coolant bleeding performance.
