Maintain reliable coolant circulation and stable engine temperatures with this replacement mechanical auxiliary water pump for a wide range of modern Volkswagen petrol, mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Designed for use within the cooling water circuit, this pump helps circulate coolant through the engine, turbocharger and heating system to maintain efficient operating temperatures under all driving conditions.
This mechanically operated coolant pump is driven directly by the engine and plays a vital role in maintaining coolant flow throughout the cooling system. Correct coolant circulation is essential for preventing overheating, supporting heater performance, protecting turbochargers and ensuring efficient engine operation.
A worn or failing water pump can cause coolant leaks, overheating, loss of coolant circulation, bearing noise or poor heater performance. Replacing the pump at the first signs of failure helps protect the engine from costly overheating damage.
Suitable for a wide range of modern VW models fitted with 1.0 TSI, 1.5 TSI, eTSI, CNG and hybrid petrol engines including Golf Mk7/Mk8, Passat B8/B9, Tiguan, T-Roc, Taigo, T-Cross and Touran applications.
