G7 Turbo - 2012-20 - 2.0 TDI

Replacement exhaust turbocharger for Volkswagen 2.0 TDI diesel models including Golf VII, Passat B8, Sharan II, Tiguan AD1, Touran III and T-Roc. Supplied complete with gasket and seal kit, this turbocharger is designed to restore original boost pressure, fuel efficiency and engine performance on EA288 diesel engines.

The turbocharger uses exhaust gas energy to spin a turbine which compresses incoming air before it enters the engine. This allows the 2.0 TDI engine to produce higher torque, improved acceleration and better fuel economy while maintaining lower emissions.

Over time, turbochargers can fail due to oil contamination, sticking variable vanes, worn bearings or boost actuator faults. Common symptoms include lack of power, limp mode, excessive smoke, turbo noise and engine management warning lights.

Supplied with fitting gaskets and seals, this replacement turbocharger is ideal for repairing boost-related faults and restoring smooth, reliable diesel performance.
