G7 Turbo - 2013-20 - 2.0 TDI

Replacement exhaust turbocharger for Volkswagen 2.0 TDI 184PS diesel engines fitted to Golf Mk7, Passat B8, Sharan Mk2 and Tiguan 5N models. Supplied complete with gasket and seal kit, this turbocharger is designed to restore original boost pressure, diesel performance and fuel efficiency.

The turbocharger uses exhaust gas energy to drive a turbine wheel which compresses incoming air before it enters the engine. This allows the 2.0 TDI engine to produce strong torque, rapid acceleration and improved fuel economy while maintaining low emissions.

Turbochargers can wear over time due to oil contamination, carbon build-up, worn bearings or sticking variable vane systems. Common symptoms include reduced power, limp mode, excessive smoke, turbo whistle, poor fuel economy or boost pressure faults.

This replacement turbocharger is supplied with fitting gaskets and seals to assist installation and ensure reliable sealing.

Function:
