G7 Turbo - 2015-20 - 1.0 TSI

Replacement exhaust turbocharger for Volkswagen 1.0 TSI petrol engines fitted to Caddy Mk4, Golf Mk7, Polo 6R and Polo AW models. Supplied complete with gasket and seal kit, this turbocharger is designed to restore factory boost pressure, fuel efficiency and engine performance on worn or failing turbocharged engines.

The turbocharger uses exhaust gas flow to drive a turbine wheel which compresses incoming air before it enters the engine. This allows the compact 1.0 TSI engine to produce strong torque, improved throttle response and better fuel economy while maintaining lower emissions.

Over time, turbochargers can suffer from worn bearings, boost leaks, sticking actuators or oil seal failure. Common symptoms include reduced power, excessive smoke, turbo whistle, limp mode activation, engine warning lights or poor fuel economy.

This replacement turbocharger is supplied with fitting gaskets and seals to assist installation and help ensure reliable sealing during fitting.
