T7 Turbo - 2019 Onwards - 2.0 TDI (Reconditioned)

Replacement twin-stage turbocharger assembly for Volkswagen California T7 and Crafter II/III 2.0 TDI 177PS models. This generally overhauled unit is supplied complete with gasket and seal kit and is designed to restore factory boost pressure, engine efficiency and drivability.

This regulated two-stage charging system uses both a small and larger turbocharger working together to provide rapid low-speed response and strong high RPM performance. At lower engine speeds the small turbo delivers fast spool-up and improved torque, while at higher RPM the larger turbo provides increased airflow for maximum power and efficiency.

Over time, bi-turbo systems can suffer from carbon build-up, sticking actuators, worn bearings, oil contamination and boost regulation faults. Common symptoms include loss of power, excessive smoke, limp mode, turbo noise, fault codes and poor fuel economy.

This replacement turbocharger assembly helps restore smooth power delivery, proper boost control and reliable engine performance. Supplied with installation gaskets and seals for easier fitting.
