T5 Turbo - 2003-09 - 1.9 TDI (AXC Engines)

Replacement exhaust turbocharger for Volkswagen T5 Transporter models fitted with the 1.9 TDI AXC diesel engine. Supplied complete with gasket and seal kit, this turbocharger is designed to restore original boost pressure, engine performance and fuel efficiency on vehicles suffering from turbocharger wear or failure.

Designed for use on AXC engine code vehicles from chassis number 7J-5-010-301 onwards, this turbocharger uses exhaust gas energy to drive a turbine and compressor assembly, forcing additional air into the engine for improved combustion efficiency, stronger torque delivery and smoother diesel performance.

Over time turbochargers can suffer from worn bearings, boost leaks, oil seal failure or sticking vane mechanisms. Common symptoms include loss of power, excessive smoke, turbo whistle, limp mode activation, poor fuel economy or boost pressure related fault codes.

This replacement turbocharger is supplied with fitting gaskets and seals to simplify installation and help ensure reliable sealing during fitment.
