Upgrade your intake system with this Ramair intake bundle, combining a high-flow silicone intake pipe and an oversize turbo inlet elbow, designed for VAG MQB platform vehicles with 1.8 & 2.0 TSI EA888 engines.

Silicone Intake Pipe

The Ramair silicone intake pipe replaces the restrictive OEM plastic hose, improving airflow at the initial stage of the intake system. Its constant radius design reduces restriction and turbulence, allowing smoother airflow into the turbo for improved throttle response and performance.

Manufactured from multi-ply silicone with fabric mesh reinforcement, it offers increased durability and heat resistance. Supplied with stainless steel W2 hose clamps, it replaces the awkward OEM spring clips for easier installation.

Compatible with both the standard airbox and aftermarket induction kits using the OEM mounting position.

Oversize Turbo Inlet Elbow

The oversize turbo inlet elbow is a direct replacement for the factory turbo inlet on IHI turbocharged EA888 engines. Designed to increase airflow potential, it helps improve performance while adding a subtle increase in induction sound.

Constructed from lightweight aluminium tubing, it features CNC machined connections, TIG welding and a textured black powder-coated finish for an OEM-style appearance. A laser-cut mounting bracket ensures secure fitment.

Supplied with all required fittings, including a replacement O-ring, and detailed step-by-step photographic instructions.
