Mk4 Caddy Performance Pleated Induction Kit - 1.6 TDI, 2.0 TDI (AdBlue Models)

Upgrade your intake system with this Ramair performance intake kit with black silicone intake pipe, designed for Volkswagen Caddy Mk4 (2015–2020) models fitted with 1.6 TDI and 2.0 TDI AdBlue engines.

This intake system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow setup, allowing the engine to draw air more efficiently. The result is improved throttle response, increased airflow and enhanced turbo induction sound compared with the standard intake system.

The kit features an 80mm intake diameter, with a silicone reducer adapter included for 70mm applications, ensuring compatibility across different engine variants.

At the centre of the system is the Ramair PRORAM pleated air filter, manufactured from high-performance synthetic filtration media to maximise airflow while maintaining excellent filtration. The filter is fully reusable and washable, and can be cleaned using the Ramair filter maintenance kit (CK-003).

A black multi-ply silicone inlet pipe provides smooth, unrestricted airflow and improved durability over the factory plastic intake hose. The included black powder-coated heat shield helps protect the filter from engine bay heat, maintaining consistent intake temperatures.

Supplied with a complete fitting kit and step-by-step instructions, installation is straightforward with no additional parts required.
