G7 Big Bore Performance Pleated Induction Kit - 2.0 TSI (GTi)

Upgrade your intake system with this Ramair PRORAM oversized induction kit, designed for VAG MQB platform vehicles fitted with 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines. Suitable for both RHD and LHD vehicles.

This is a full oversized intake system, replacing the factory intake pipework right back to the turbo inlet for maximum airflow and reduced restriction.

At the heart of the kit is the Ramair PRORAM pleated air filter, featuring a Twin-Tangential Velocity Stack to optimise airflow into the intake system. The oversized aluminium hardpipe tapers from 102mm (4”) at the filter inlet down to an 80mm turbo inlet elbow, significantly improving airflow efficiency.

A custom V-band clamp system ensures secure fitment and easy installation, while an integrated take-off barb allows connection to the OEM vacuum line.

A black powder-coated, laser-cut heat shield helps maintain lower intake temperatures by shielding the filter from engine bay heat, improving consistency and performance—especially on tuned vehicles.

The filter is fully reusable and washable, and can be cleaned using the Ramair filter maintenance kit (CK-003).
