G6 Performance Pleated Induction Kit - 2.0 TSI

Upgrade your intake system with this Ramair performance intake kit, designed for Volkswagen Group vehicles fitted with 2.0 TSI EA888 engines without a MAF sensor.

This kit is specifically suited to Mk5 platform vehicles (2004–2011) and later EA888 Gen 3 applications such as the Scirocco and Jetta, where a MAF sensor is not present in the intake system.

Featuring an 80mm intake diameter, this system replaces the restrictive factory airbox and pipework with a high-flow setup, allowing improved airflow into the turbo. The result is enhanced throttle response, increased airflow and a more pronounced induction and turbo sound.

At the core of the kit is the Ramair PRORAM pleated air filter, manufactured from high-performance synthetic filtration media to maximise airflow while maintaining excellent filtration. The filter is fully reusable and washable, and can be cleaned using the Ramair filter maintenance kit (CK-003).

The kit includes a black multi-ply silicone intake pipe, providing smooth, unrestricted airflow and improved durability compared with the original plastic intake hose. A black powder-coated heat shield helps protect the intake from engine bay heat, maintaining consistent performance.

Supplied with a complete fitting kit and step-by-step instructions, this is a straightforward upgrade for both standard and tuned vehicles.
