G7 Performance Pleated Induction Kit - 2.0 TDI

Upgrade your intake system with this Ramair PRORAM full performance induction kit, designed for VAG MQB platform vehicles fitted with 2.0 TDI diesel engines.

Unlike basic intake upgrades, this is a full induction system, replacing the factory intake pipework right back to the turbo inlet. This allows significantly improved airflow through the entire intake tract, helping to reduce restriction and improve overall engine efficiency.

At the core of the kit is the Ramair PRORAM pleated air filter, manufactured from high-performance synthetic nanofibre filtration media to maximise airflow while maintaining excellent filtration. These kits are known to deliver up to 25% reduction in airflow restriction, with potential gains of up to 10% on mapped vehicles.

The system is designed as a direct fit upgrade, mounting to the original factory airbox locations and rubber mounts with no modification required.

A black powder-coated, laser-cut heat shield helps maintain low intake temperatures by shielding the filter from engine bay heat, ensuring consistent performance.

The filter is fully reusable and washable, and can be cleaned using the Ramair filter maintenance kit (CK-003).
