G5,G6 Oversized Performance Pleated Induction Kit - 2.0 TFSI

Upgrade the airflow and induction performance of your engine with this Ramair oversized performance intake kit, designed for Volkswagen Group vehicles fitted with the 2.0 TFSI AXX, BPY and BWA engines.

This intake system features a large 90mm intake diameter, allowing significantly improved airflow compared with the restrictive factory airbox and intake pipe. The kit is compatible with both K03 and K04 turbochargers, making it suitable for standard and upgraded turbo setups.

At the heart of the kit is the Ramair PRORAM pleated air filter, manufactured using high-flow synthetic nanofibre filtration media. The filter incorporates a Twin-Tangential Velocity Stack, designed to optimise airflow entering the intake system while maintaining excellent filtration.

The intake pipe is constructed from high-quality black multi-ply silicone, providing smooth airflow and improved durability compared with the original plastic pipework. Combined with the powder-coated heat shield, the system helps draw cooler air from outside the engine bay while protecting the intake from engine heat.

This results in improved throttle response, enhanced turbo sound and increased airflow compared with the standard intake system.

The filter is fully reusable and washable, and can be cleaned using the Ramair filter maintenance kit (CK-003).
