G7 MST Performance Induction Air Intake System Kit - 2.0 TSI

Improve airflow, turbo response and induction sound with this MST Performance roto-molded induction kit, designed for EA888 Gen 3 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines used across a wide range of Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles.

This version is the cross-linked roto-molded polyethylene version of the MST-VW-MK777 intake system, providing a lightweight yet durable intake housing designed to maximise airflow while maintaining excellent heat resistance. By replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow intake system, the turbocharger can draw air more efficiently.

The system features a 3″ silicone intake pipe, oversized turbo inlet elbow, high-flow nanofibre filter and performance air scoop, helping improve airflow and turbocharger efficiency. Dyno testing has shown potential gains of around 12–14bhp, depending on the vehicle setup and modifications.

What This Intake System Does & How It Works

Factory airboxes are designed primarily to reduce noise and meet emissions standards, which can restrict airflow before it reaches the turbocharger.

This MST performance intake system improves airflow by replacing the factory components with:

• A 3″ high-flow silicone intake pipe

• A 3″ red pleated nanofibre performance filter with increased surface area

• An oversized 3″ turbo inlet elbow to reduce restriction before the turbo

• A high-flow air scoop to channel cooler air into the intake system

• A roto-molded intake housing that helps maintain cooler intake temperatures
