This oversized 90mm Performance Induction Kit is designed for vehicles fitted with the EA113 2.0 TFSI engine (AXX, BPY, BWA) and is fully compatible with both K03 and K04 turbochargers. Ideal for higher power builds, Edition 30, Edition 35 and Golf R models, this kit supports improved airflow demands where the standard intake becomes restrictive.

What This Kit Does & How It Works

The factory airbox and intake tract are engineered for noise reduction and emissions control, but they can limit airflow — especially on remapped or K04-equipped vehicles.

This 90mm oversized system replaces the factory intake with a large-diameter aluminium and black silicone inlet pipe combined with a high-flow Ramair foam filter. The increased 90mm bore significantly reduces intake restriction and turbulence, allowing the turbocharger to draw air more efficiently.

The result is:

• Faster turbo spool

• Improved throttle response

• Stronger mid-range pull

• Increased induction and turbo sound

• Greater headroom for stage 2 and K04 upgrades

The black powder-coated heat shield protects the filter from engine bay heat, helping maintain stable intake temperatures and consistent performance.
