G5,G6 Performance Foam Induction Kit - 2.0 TFSI (Black Hose)

Upgrade your intake system with this high-flow Performance Foam Induction Kit designed specifically for vehicles fitted with the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine (AXX, BPY, BWA). Featuring 70mm intake diameter pipework, black silicone hoses and a black powder-coated heat shield, this kit delivers sharper throttle response, improved turbo spool characteristics and a deeper, more aggressive induction sound.

What This Kit Does & How It Works

The factory airbox and intake pipework are designed to balance cost, noise reduction and emissions compliance. However, they can become restrictive, especially under higher boost or remapped conditions.

This performance intake kit replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow Ramair foam filter and smooth bore 70mm inlet pipework. The open-cell foam filter allows a greater volume of air to reach the turbocharger while still providing excellent filtration. The aluminium and black silicone intake pipe reduces turbulence and internal restriction, improving airflow stability into the turbo inlet.

The included powder-coated heat shield isolates the filter from engine bay heat, helping maintain lower intake air temperatures and more consistent performance. The result is:
