T5 Black Silicone Boost Hose Kit - 2.5 TDI (BNZ,BCP)

Uprated Silicone Boost hose kit for T5 Transporters with 2.0 TDI engines.

For use on the following models:

2.5 TDI (BNZ Engine Code)

2.5 TDI (BPC Engine Code)

This is an uprated silicone boost hose kit finished in black.

The kit consists of 4 hoses complete with CNC aluminium couplers and stainless steel clamps.

These hoses withstand greater temperatures and pressures compared to the original hoses.

They replace the 2 intercooler hoses, throttle body hose and turbo outlet hose.

The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone, this means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.

Please note: The new boost hose kit does not come with O-ring seals.

O-ring seals from your old hoses can be used but we strongly recommend purchasing a new set to complement the new hose kit. This will ensure everything is sealed correctly and maximum power is delivered to your engine.
