This front vented brake disc is a direct replacement for selected Volkswagen T5 models and VW Touareg (7L) vehicles fitted with PR Code 2E3, covering production from October 2002 through August 2015 (depending on model).
With a 308mm outer diameter and 29.5mm thickness, this disc is designed for vehicles equipped with a mid-size vented front braking system. The vented construction improves heat dissipation during braking, helping to reduce brake fade and maintain consistent stopping performance under load or repeated braking.
The disc is supplied with a protective anti-corrosion coating, helping to prevent surface rust during storage and initial installation. Once fitted, the braking surface beds in quickly with new pads to deliver smooth, predictable braking feel.
This disc fits both left-hand (passenger side) and right-hand (driver’s side) positions on RHD vehicles. Although sold individually, we always recommend replacing front brake discs in pairs to ensure even braking performance and balanced pad wear.
How it works
When braking, the caliper forces the pads against the rotating disc to slow the vehicle. The internal ventilation channels draw cooling air through the disc as it spins, keeping temperatures under control and improving braking consistency.

Correctly torqued wheel bolts
