Power Pulley Fan Belt (V Belt L=850mm W=9.5mm)

This 9.5 x 850mm fan belt is designed specifically for aircooled Volkswagen engines fitted with a Power Pulley or CSP Porsche-style cooling fan kit. As power pulleys are smaller in diameter than the original Volkswagen crankshaft pulley, a shorter belt is required to maintain the correct belt tension and ensure reliable operation of the cooling fan and charging system.

Manufactured from high-quality reinforced rubber, this replacement belt delivers dependable performance and durability under demanding driving conditions. Maintaining the correct fan belt tension is essential on aircooled engines, as the belt drives both the cooling fan and the dynamo or alternator. A worn or incorrectly sized belt can lead to overheating, poor charging performance and premature component wear.
