Black Serpentine Pulley Kit - Type 1 Engines

Upgrade your original noisy V-belt system with this premium black billet aluminium serpentine pulley kit for Volkswagen Type 1 engines. The modern multi-rib serpentine belt provides improved belt grip, smoother operation and greatly reduces belt slip at higher engine speeds compared to the original V-belt arrangement. It also eliminates the common problems of belt flap and squeal, making it an excellent upgrade for both performance and show vehicles.

Precision CNC machined from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminium, the pulleys feature a durable black anodised finish to resist scratches and corrosion. The crank pulley includes precision-machined timing marks, while the billet aluminium idler assembly uses twin high-speed chrome sealed bearings, rated to 35,000rpm, for smooth, reliable operation. The solid billet base and sliding adjuster provide accurate belt tension adjustment and long service life.
