Beetle Quick Release Deck Lid Pin Kit

Make engine access quick and simple with this quick release deck lid pin kit for Volkswagen Beetles. Designed to replace the original deck lid hinge pins, these quick release pins allow the engine lid to be completely removed in seconds, making engine maintenance, tuning and servicing much easier. They are especially popular on Cal Look, performance and competition Beetles where regular engine access is required.

Manufactured from durable steel, the kit is supplied as a matching pair and provides a secure fit whilst allowing the deck lid to be removed without tools once installed. Installation requires the original hinge pins to be removed and the deck lid hinges drilled with a 7mm drill bit.
