Swing Axle Black Urethane Axle Boots - Deluxe

Deluxe black urethane swing axle boot kit for all swing axle transmission applications. These heavy duty urethane axle boots are supplied with upgraded extra wide stainless steel clamps, plated hex-head bolts and nylon insert locking nuts for improved sealing performance and durability compared to standard axle boot kits.

The axle boots seal the connection between the swing axle tube and gearbox side cover, preventing transmission oil leaks while still allowing suspension and axle movement. Over time, original rubber boots can harden, crack or split, causing gearbox oil leaks that can contaminate suspension and braking components.

Manufactured from durable urethane material, these boots offer greater resistance to oil, heat, weathering and age-related deterioration than standard rubber versions. The black finish gives a cleaner factory-style appearance while still providing the benefits of upgraded urethane construction.

This deluxe version uses the same style boots as standard kits but upgrades the hardware with extra wide stainless steel clamps for increased clamping force and improved sealing reliability. The split boot design allows installation without removing the axle tube from the gearbox, making fitting easier with the transmission still installed in the vehicle.
