Swing Axle Red Urethane Axle Boots - Deluxe

Deluxe red urethane swing axle boot kit for all swing axle transmission applications. These heavy duty urethane axle boots are supplied with upgraded extra wide stainless steel clamps, plated hex-head bolts and nylon insert locking nuts for improved sealing strength and long service life.

The axle boots seal the joint between the swing axle tube and gearbox side cover, preventing transmission oil leaks while still allowing the axle tube to move freely with suspension travel. Old or damaged boots commonly crack and split with age, allowing gearbox oil to leak onto the rear suspension and braking components.

Manufactured from durable urethane rather than standard rubber, these boots offer improved resistance to oil, heat, weathering and cracking. The bright red finish makes them ideal for custom engine bays, Cal-Look Beetles, off-road cars, show vehicles and detailed restorations.

This deluxe version uses the same boot design as standard kits but upgrades the hardware with extra wide stainless steel clamps for superior sealing pressure and improved reliability. The split boot design allows installation without removing the axle tube from the gearbox, making fitting much easier with the transmission still installed.
