Beetle Adjustable Spring Plate Cover Spacer (Also Karmann Ghia)

This spring plate cover spacer is designed for use when fitting adjustable rear spring plates to swing axle Beetles. As adjustable plates are thicker than standard originals, the factory spring plate cover will no longer sit correctly against the chassis. This spacer solves that issue by filling the gap and restoring proper fitment.

Fitted between the chassis and the spring plate cover, the spacer ensures the cover sits flat and evenly, allowing the bushes to be correctly compressed. This is essential for maintaining proper suspension alignment, preventing movement, and avoiding premature wear of bushes and components.
