1303 Beetle Urethane Anti Roll Bar and Control Arm Bush Kit - 1974-79

Complete urethane front suspension bush kit for late Volkswagen 1303 Beetles fitted with 2-bolt front suspension struts from 1974 onwards. This kit replaces the original rubber anti roll bar and control arm bushes with firmer urethane components designed to improve steering response, front suspension stability and overall handling performance.

The anti roll bar and control arm bushes play a major role in locating and stabilising the front suspension. Over time the original rubber bushes soften, crack and deteriorate, often causing vague steering, front suspension movement, braking instability and the common Super Beetle steering wobble or shimmy.

These urethane bushes are considerably firmer and longer lasting than standard rubber items, helping reduce unwanted suspension flex while improving steering precision and chassis control. Urethane is also highly resistant to oil, dirt and age-related deterioration, making it ideal for long-term road or performance use.

This complete kit includes all required urethane anti roll bar bushes, control arm bushes and steel sleeves needed to rebuild the front suspension mounting points on one vehicle. Bushes are supplied in red urethane.
