Beetle Heavy Duty Front Anti Roll Bar - 1966-79 (Also Karmann Ghia)

Heavy duty front anti roll bar kit designed for standard height ball joint suspension Volkswagen Beetle and Karmann Ghia models.

Manufactured from heavy duty 3/4″ (19mm) steel with a protective zinc plated finish, this upgraded sway bar improves front suspension stability and reduces body roll during cornering. It helps deliver more controlled handling, improved steering feel and better road holding compared to the original factory anti roll bar setup.

Designed specifically for vehicles running standard factory ride height, this anti roll bar helps control excessive front suspension movement without the geometry changes associated with lowered vehicles. It is ideal for restored classics, performance road cars and everyday drivers wanting sharper handling characteristics while retaining original suspension height.

The supplied red urethane bushes provide improved durability and reduced flex compared to standard rubber bushes, helping maintain a more precise suspension feel. The bar is designed to work with the original mounting clamps, although stainless steel clamps are available separately for custom or show-quality installations.

Suitable for ball joint front suspension models only. Not suitable for 1302 or 1303 Super Beetle models.
