Dual Cannons With J Tubes (All Carb Setups) - 1 3/8" Tube

This updated dual cannon exhaust system takes the classic buggy/trike high-exit design and re-engineers it for compatibility with both single and twin carburettor setups. Developed due to popular demand, this version provides the same iconic look and sound while solving the clearance issues found in earlier designs.

Like the original, this system features twin glass pack mufflers, delivering a deep, throaty exhaust tone while improving exhaust flow. The internal perforated core design reduces back pressure, allowing exhaust gases to exit more efficiently and helping improve throttle response and engine performance.

The redesigned pipe routing provides increased clearance around carburettors and linkage systems, making it suitable for dual carb installations such as Weber, EMPI HPMX and similar setups. This makes it a far more versatile option for upgraded engines while still fitting neatly within tight buggy and trike engine bays.

Integrated J-tubes replace the original heater boxes, simplifying the system and improving exhaust gas flow. This design eliminates the heating system, making it ideal for fair-weather vehicles and performance builds where maximum airflow is preferred.

Constructed from steel with a black finish and chrome tailpipe tips, this exhaust is built for durability. As with all performance exhausts, heat will affect the surface finish over time, which is not covered under warranty, although the welds and structure are guaranteed for 12 months.

How It Works
Exhaust gases are routed directly from the cylinder heads through the J-tubes into the twin mufflers. The free-flowing design reduces restriction, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently. The revised pipe layout ensures adequate clearance for twin carburettors and linkage systems without compromising performance.
