Welded Twin Port Cooling Fan

High-revving aircooled engines are known for their ability to quickly destroy standard cooling fans due to the immense centrifugal forces generated at high RPMs. This Heavy Duty TIG Welded Cooling Fan is specially designed to handle those stresses with confidence. Each fan blade is TIG welded at either two or all four opposing points, reinforcing the structure while maintaining just enough flexibility to prevent cracking under vibration and heat expansion.

Manufactured as a high-quality reproduction, this fan is ideal for performance or modified engines where increased rev limits and sustained load are common. It provides improved strength and reliability without compromising air delivery or balance, ensuring consistent cooling for your engine during spirited driving or motorway cruising.

This fan is designed to fit aircooled Type 1 upright fanshrouds found on twin port 1300cc–1600cc engines and is suitable only for use with doghouse-style cooling systems.

Fitting:
A separate fitting kit (part number AC1198898) is available if required. Proper alignment and clearance inside the fan housing should always be checked during installation.
