Aluminium Full Flow Oil Pump Cover

This precision machined oil pump cover is designed for use on VW aircooled engines equipped with 8mm oil pump bolts, and is ideal for anyone setting up a full flow oil filter or external cooler system. Engineered with a threaded boss, this cover provides a direct outlet from the pump, allowing for clean and efficient oil routing without compromising case integrity.

Unlike standard covers, this unit is CNC-machined for a leak-proof, perfect fit, ensuring long-lasting performance and superior sealing under pressure. The kit comes complete with fitting and gasket for straightforward installation. However, Baywindow Bus owners should note that modification to the rear engine brace is required to accommodate the added fitting clearance.
