JayCee Sand Seal Crankshaft Pulley (Blue With Laser Engraved Numbers)

High performance billet aluminium crankshaft pulley with sand seal design for aircooled VW Type 1 engines. Finished in blue anodising with laser engraved timing marks and degree numbers, this drag style pulley is designed for performance, race and off-road engine applications where accurate ignition timing and improved oil control are essential.

The sand seal design helps prevent oil leakage from the crank pulley area, particularly on high RPM, high compression or off-road engines where increased crankcase pressure can overwhelm standard pulley systems. The precision-machined billet construction provides improved strength, reduced runout and smoother operation compared to standard stamped steel pulleys.

Laser engraved timing degree markings make ignition timing adjustment easier and more accurate, ideal for performance tuning, dyno setup and race engine maintenance. The 5.25″ diameter design maintains proper cooling fan speed while offering lightweight performance styling.
