Type 1 Jaycee Alternator Stand - Silver Anodised
Premium CNC-machined billet aluminium alternator stand from JayCee Performance for Volkswagen Type 1 engines.
Upgrade your aircooled Volkswagen engine bay with this high-quality JayCee billet alternator stand. Precision CNC-machined from T6061 billet aluminium and finished in a durable silver anodised coating, this performance alternator stand combines exceptional strength, improved appearance and long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Designed to accommodate most common 12-volt alternators with a diameter of 103-105mm, this stand is a direct replacement for conventional cast alternator stands fitted to Type 1 engines. The integrated retaining strap provides a clean, streamlined appearance while securely holding the alternator in place.
Unlike standard cast units, the billet construction offers superior rigidity and durability, making it ideal for performance engines, show cars and high-quality restorations. An integrated oil filler neck is incorporated into the design, while the optional 1/4″-18 NPT breather port provides a convenient solution for improved crankcase ventilation on modified engines.
Supplied complete with stainless steel mounting hardware, this alternator stand delivers both functionality and style. Finished with the distinctive laser-etched JayCee logo, it is an eye-catching addition to any Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Bus, Buggy or Type 3 engine conversion using a Type 1 powerplant.
