Replacement centre engine mount complete with integrated rubber bush for Porsche Boxster 987 Gen 2 and Cayman 987 Gen 2 models. The engine mount is designed to securely support the engine and transmission assembly while absorbing vibration and drivetrain movement to maintain smooth, controlled power delivery.
Over time, the original rubber mount can soften, crack or collapse due to heat, age and engine torque loads. A worn engine mount can lead to excessive engine movement, vibration through the cabin, poor gearshift feel, drivetrain clunks and instability during acceleration or cornering.
