This front brake disc is a premium replacement designed for the Porsche Macan range fitted with PR codes 1LA or 1LE. With a 345mm outer diameter and internally vented construction, it is engineered to deliver strong, consistent braking performance for petrol and diesel Macan models running 17-inch wheels and non-ceramic brake systems.

What this brake disc does

Front brake discs are the primary braking components on the Porsche Macan, responsible for converting speed into controlled stopping power. When the brake pedal is applied, hydraulic pressure forces the caliper to clamp the brake pads onto the disc faces. The friction generated slows the vehicle while safely managing the high kinetic energy associated with a performance SUV.

This disc features an internally vented design, incorporating internal cooling vanes between the disc faces. As the disc rotates, air is drawn through these vanes, significantly improving heat dissipation. This helps reduce brake fade, maintain consistent pedal feel, and protect both pads and discs during repeated heavy braking—ideal for the Macan’s weight and performance capabilities.
